As your personal trainer I’ll enhance your fitness journey by providing support, expertise, and motivation tailored to your specific goals and needs.

What 's included?

  • Initial evaluation of body composition (muscle mass, fat %, bone density, etc) establishes a starting point and tracks your progress towards individualized goals.

 

  • Sessions of 30 or 45 min from the comfort of your own home. Couple sessions available for additional charge.

 

  • Customization: Your Training Program will be carefully designed to meet all of your needs and goals, which can include: weight loss, strength gain, corrective exercise, senior fitness, sports specific training, youth training, flexibility, cardio, postpartum weight loss, core strength, and more.

-Available Packages of 8,12 or 36 sessions.
